this has to be the worst company I ever deal with....

this has to be the worst company I ever deal with. they had 10 days to submit their appraisal, they submitted the day before closing and $20,000 under value which cause a number of problems with the bank. They over charging me by $305 which they agreed to refund. it's been six month and eight phone calls and no refund yet. I got a confirmation email six months ago that a refund was applied, but that was a lie, no credit was applied to my credit card. I do not think they have any intention of refunding my money. the last time a called (the 8th time) I was told I would get a call back same day, that was a month ago. just look at all the one star rating they got, the worst reviews I ever seen by any company. stay away from this company, base on the reviews you're most likely to get bad service. Even one star is to much.
