The people that ACTUALLY work there are excellent!...

The people that ACTUALLY work there are excellent! It is a shame you only have a dozen or so employees to handle 100's of patients a day. ZERO leadership and not a single person knows what is going on, or, when it is supposed to happen. I am amazed you are even able to stay open.
