I had a bad phone call with a lady, who told me to relax, for simply asking a question about how to solve my case. The way she said is what made me so mad. She was making it sound like I was being diffult even tho I wasn't the one doing the talking. I maybe said two "o.k.'s". Then I asked my question. Then she told me to relax. Does anyone know were I can make a compliant?
