When we got there our room wasn't clean, towels stained, coffee machine hadn't been emptied. We had to ask 3 times for the menu so we could order dinner. Food was horrible, not properly cooked, burned breakfast, couldn't even eat the steak they sent for dinner too tough to chew. No personal to let you into the pool for your scheduled time. I complained at the desk and checked out a day early because of all the issues. After speaking with the manager they gave us a 20% discount on the room and gave us our money back for the second night when we checked out. They were real hesitant at the front desk to give me a receipt and I found out why when I got home and saw my receipt in the email. They had charged us 95euros extra for breakfast and dinner which was included in the room. I've called them and they tried saying it was for lunch, which we never ate there. They say they are going to refund the money.... but at this time they haven't.
