I recently used a travel company to book my vacation and overall, my experience with them was positive. The booking process was straightforward and the website was easy to navigate. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and I received a prompt response when I had a question. However, I didn't find the rewards program to be particularly enticing, as it didn't offer much value for my travel needs. Despite this, I would still consider using SeaMiles again in the future.
