From the time I called until the time I picked up my car, the whole process couldn't have went any better. The service advisor Adam was very knowledgeable, treated me perfectly and gave me the best price around. Plus he's a redhead, so he's awesome. I also spoke with Carlee, who was very nice and very professional. They were able to get my car in right away, and fix it cheaper than the estimate! That was a great surprise, because it gives me more money for beer! The technician personally explained to me what went wrong and why, and was very professional. The car was clean as a whistle when I picked it up, and the service manager Nick personally took the time to get me back into my vehicle, shake my hand and thank me for my visit and thoroughly explain my bill and what was fixed. The entire experience has made me a John Paul's Buick GMC customer for life! I highly recommend these chaps, you won't be disappointed!
