Chubby's has been a life time favorite of mine and my family. So why the one star? Well, in the past year they've messed up more of my orders than I've bothered to count. No, I actually mean that. It's probably 7-10 times, is my guess.

Was I ordering some absurdly complicated order? No, I order the same thing literally every time. Two smothered burritos, no cheese. Guess what it has almost every time? Cheese. It's not hard, but it's a simple mistake so I just forgave it over and over.

Tonight, I made my same order again. And guess, what? It was wrong, again. I don't even know why I've bothered for so long. Maybe I'm a dramatic twerp, you think. However, I can't eat cheese, so it does spoil the meal.

The reviews for Chubby's are great, as you can see. But I cannot rightfully recommend it when I've been scorned so many times in a year. Unfortunately, and quite sadly, I'm probably never going back to Chubby's again.
