Staff extremely rude. When we walked in the lobby...

Staff extremely rude. When we walked in the lobby the staff was glued to personal phones and computers. No one looked up or greeted.
The beds are uncomfortable. There was long black hair on the matress cover and only a top sheet tucked in over that, with another top sheet on top. The rooms looking over the lobby are ruined by noise pollution. The staff is very loud early morning and woke us up on more than one occasion. The rooms were extremely hot and we couldn't open the windows because it is so loud out there. The am is very noises with trash compactor and services deliveries. We were woken up at 5am due service deliveries and no one cared to try to mitigate the early morning noises. Brought concerns to supervisor (Hannah) and she was sarcastic, defensive, and rude!! She argued with me regarding my experience and said "I am not sure why you are even upset". I explained my conerns again and expressed how she was acting was unacceptable. She tried to argue again regarding her inapproriate behavior. I made it clear that this is what "I" am experiencing don't disregard this. Then she gave a disingenuous apology. Staff needs hospitality training.
