Service team are very disorganized, they don t return calls, if they answer the phone they always put you on hold and ultimately get transferred back to operator or gets disconnected. I called for diagnostics appointment and asked me to come at 2:30 pm then when I attend they tell me they run diagnostic only in the mornings, asked to come back later for diagnostic which took over 7 hours.
The service advisors are friendly and helpful but don t always return the calls. I ve had my car serviced once with no issues but this time there has been a noticeable decline in level of professionalism.
