We have never had a better lending experience! Our "person" is Kyle Murphy and we can't say enough good about him. He answered our questions before we asked them, he kept us completely in the loop about everything that was happening with our refinance. He is a pleasure to work with, always positive and went above and beyond on many occasions. The other representatives that we spoke to from time to time were just as positive and helpful.
