I went to Crush Wine Bar for the first time. I have not been more impressed with a business in a very long time. The bar tend, is also the owner. First off, best bartender I've had in a while. Service was so good, so friendly that when I left I felt more like a guest and less like a patron. So much so that I wanted to do my own dishes. And the atmosphere is so relaxed. So modern and comfortable that Castle Rock is lucky to have a place like this in their own back yard. It should and will get national attention. This is the perfect place for a meeting especially if you want to make an impression. I highly suggest the food. I had the flatbread. Your stealing from yourself if you only order wine and skip the menu. Very affordable. Believe me, you will want to tip James. What a time. I'll be back and when I do I want to try the black sheep.
