I was referred to this dr by my dr. I called to try and make an appt and after waiting a while for a call back they told me they don't take my insurance. I was asked if I have out of network benefits. I said idk so Donna right away said my insurance will want two drs to sign off on this. I said two drs and she said yes a chiropractor or a muscular skeletal dr....First of all, if you don't t take my insurance than how in the heck do you know what my ins will say and second of all you are WRONG! My insurance DOES NOT need two drs signing off on it bc it is for medical reasons that I need this and yes I do have out of network benefits but I will not be giving this dr business bc of the way his office staff spoke like they know it all. Shame on this office staff bc my dr really liked this dr for my needs but I found a better dr that his staff spoke to me like I'm a patient and not a number.
