I recently bought a Patagonia jacket from their online store as a Christmas present for my mother. Not only was it cheaper than other stores, the customer service was exceptional.

After checking out I realised that I had selected the free Second Class delivery which would mean that the item arrived before my flight home to see my family at Christmas.

After emailing them in the early hours of Saturday morning to explain the issue I awoke to find an email that had said they would instead post the item First Class at no additional cost. I then received an additional email to say that it had been dispatched First Class.

10/10!
