Very disappointed to return to my home and find that it was not taken care of. I was fearful of renting my home but I didn t have a choice due to my PCS as a military member. I m saddened by the fact that the property manager was not aware that the tenants had a dog when I specifically stated no pets. So much damage to include: Missing base boards, walls that are filthy, tons of mold in the shower, cabinets damaged back, door damaged etc. I look forward to speaking to an executive member of this company. I feel the fees paid for a property manager we re useless. As well not receiving rental payments until mid month when they were being paid by the tenants on the 1st.
