Great people to communicate with! We had an issue with our internet dropping every few minutes for a few seconds at a time, just enough to close out programs. I called and they searched for the problem and fixed it immediately! It's been great ever since AND they even called a few days later to check in to make sure everything was still running good! Honestly the best service around New London, WI that you can get, and for a decent price!
