Not a good place for workshop or conference.

Not a good place for workshop or conference.

We booked for leadership workshop, and they're not ready for it. They don't have their own projector, it's outsourced to local vendor... Seems second hand, with poor reception quality. Whole day struggling with this.

During session power stopped and no UPS supply hence to wait for 7 to 8 minute...

Before session, Asked for change of sitting arrangement, answer we don't no spare inventory. Then asked for atleast change table clothes, received response that they don't have spare inventory. EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING.

Pathetic.. Local managing team spoiling brand of Hyatt. This is definitely NOT HYATT.

Not recommended for important workshop.
