While the hotel is pretty throughout I ve had difficulty truly enjoying staying here. The room (twin with balcony) is very small and the furniture is tatty and tired looking. WiFi is chargeable and is intermittent at best. The staff are very nice but there are far too many guests for the number of staff, meaning tables not cleared, orders not taken and queues at the bars. We came with children so not in the adult only section and I do feel like the family section is very much the downgraded part of the hotel. Even in the restaurant which is all on the same floor but in separate part, they algae table service for drinks while in the kids part we were sorting our tables and the drinks were nowhere to be seen. Had the same at breakfast and dinner. Not best pleased and think it needs a rethink of how it is run, all inclusive has no doubt affected this place but when they put on a handful of staff it really does feel as if they are milking it for max profit with no consideration of the guests. Fair to say I would not rush back.
