Well that was a fairly horrible experience, NO WIN NO FEE is somewhat of a grey area with McDonald Murholme, which you find out AFTER you sign their contracts of course. I ended up going with one of the more established employment law firms and when I brought up McDonald Murholme to my current lawyer (who is fantastic) she gave a knowing smile and a nod. When I pressed the point her very considered response was "Well....in the world of employment law firms the firm you are referring to are far from the top" that says it all really.
