We have been using the Ritma Flex Service application in our Technical Service Department for 1 year, including the application. Technical support is very weak both on the application side and on the system. The errors we report are only resolved in 3 months. There are problems in the serial number tracking area, which is made with inventory tracking and extra payment. They fix one side and the other side is deteriorating. There are many points that need to be corrected. The program does not suit you. You have to follow the program. Not flexible, everything requested is paid.
