Hotel lovely well located but terrible management service. Principal Andrea does not know how to deal with guests and puts them in a vexatious and humiliating situation. The hotel does not provide information on luggage reception services on the partner's website or app. Bad service for people with reduced mobility. In addition to having been greeted with bloodstained bed sheets or something like that, door with lock problems and safe not working. Manager Andrea has placed us in a vexatious position by using gimmicks to defend herself so as to blame us for the lack of information on the services offered and not offered by the hotel. The manager is absolutely inelegant and does not treat the guest with the usual precautions and protocols. Be careful staying at this hotel while under this management!
