I've had so many issues with this company. Rude customer service (I believe her name was Kaylee), completely wrong data being entered in the system after spelling things out phonetically multiple times, no response to emails, lack of updates, etc. I am not hard to please, but the lack of training is so egregious, it's hard to overlook. Go somewhere else. Save yourself some heartache.
