I have been in contact with many finance companies and Svea Economy beats all the bottom records ...
Had 6% in interest missed a payment got no reminder but they raised my interest rate directly to 20.75 no chance of getting back the old interest rate NOTE this on a car purchase with the car as collateral.
So I have to pay 400 more a month for several years. This can be called customer service
