Booked a king size bed with a private balcony. We got a room with 2 queen size beds and a patio that was in the adjacent area of the attached restaurant so we could chat with people waiting in line apparently. Being that close to the restaurant must be the reason for the cockroaches in the room I'm guessing. When we asked about a room change, management said they had nothing available. We checked the website and according to that they did have king rooms with private balconies available. No compensation from the management. No apology. we left early and moved to a cleaner location. Not worth it here in my opinion.
