It is a great pity to have to put a star. They don't even deserve it.
I took delivery of a vehicle via a leasing company 2 weeks ago. The GPS option had been ordered. And on delivery, which took place without presenting the vehicle, just a simple handing over of the keys, I realize that the GPS is not activated. I was then answered as naturally as possible that I had to choose between Morocco and Europe mapping ... Amazing questions for a car delivered and registered in Morocco.
Brief appointment made the following Tuesday to activate in the afternoon, confirmed with the sales representative the day before.
Arrived at the appointment, I was told that we could not do the installation following a so-called memo broadcast in the morning. The salesperson, obviously having no respect for the customer, did not of course bother to warn me to prevent me from having to travel unnecessarily.
No apologies from the staff, and they even take the liberty of not being happy that I am vehement given the situation.
To sum up, a handing over of the keys without showing the vehicle, a dismissive attitude from the salesperson. Fortunately for SMEIA, the BMW brand is self-sufficient and development does not have to be ensured by its sales force.

BMW should still pay more attention to its business partners because SMEIA really does not convey a positive image of the brand.
