Unhlepful with payments for Presidential pardons in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

First couple of times, it was difficult to get a hold of someone if I press '0' for operator, but after trying a different digit, I got thru to a brother named Thamer, and he was very helpful and patient with answering the questions I had in regards to entering Dubai. Genuinely impressed, thanks Thamer! May Allah swt bless you!

One of the worst embassies, especially the military attache, has no answer, no polite way to speak, and no directive for conducting transactions. Everything is unresolved and when they discover that there is a solution or way to do work and they do not want to say this law in order to silence you, no law is forbidden in the Emirates but the law changes in America Glory be to God, five times I came to treat my son and all the times ended up closing the line in my face, just because the treatment journey ended and they are not overflowing. If I want anything, I do not answer neither the phone nor the answer to the voice messages, and the funny exchange calls the computer replies that no one responds with Peace be upon him, may God help the sick people who are dispatched This is not a journey of treatment. This is a journey of suffering with illness and its suffering with the embassy. There is no sense or conscience. Much stronger than the American stranger.

Guests at the Embassy of the UAE are welcomed by a soaring atrium with gleaming steel and glass surrounding an open floor plan. Out back, very pleasant gardens make a great space for a stroll to mingle and network in the most DC of places. It would be inappropriate to describe security measures, but its safe to say you should leave large metal objects at home.

Great people and staff there amazing customer service very fast and welcoming, #1 hospitality!!!

The customer service agent was very impolite. I only needed information and she was very dismissive.

Seems like pretty responsive staff. I've had some problems with other Middle-Eastern consulates processing marriage paperwork, but that was in Turkey and also a consulate for a different country. The UAE embassy seems to be filled with more competent staff.

A very beautiful embassy. I have attended many events here and a couple dinners and I have been impressed !!!! Great food , nice people , got to meet fellow countrymen ( Other emiratis) and good conversations !!! The dinners have been great with traditional emirati food and drink , French cuisine , and some Ethiopian food . Very proud of my country Tahya al'imarat aiearabiat almutahida!!!

Called and was told to hold on while the lady took another call. I heard her entire conversation talking to her friend and asking if the husbandwas ok. I guess she didn't know I wasn't on hold.

Terrible!!! As a home health agency I would never do business with them and I would never recommend anyone to do business with them unless you make a contract with them that abides to US laws. Without that they are immune and untouchable since they are considered a foreign government.

The worst embassy, the worst employees, and never honor the citizen .. especially the military attache in Washington. Shame on the embassy .. someone who distorts the image of the UAE and evacuates the citizen regrets communicating with the attachment ... a rude person who does not respect and does not serve citizens as a base in America for the sake of tourism and tourism only I hope to return him to the state And his military trial and his dismissal as soon as possible .... others wish that he would honor his country and serve his people

A place worthy of the name of the UAE and I thank the good cooperation of all the staff of the gate guards, especially the appreciation and respect of the sister Marwa Sudanese origin for the advancement in cooperation and facilitate the affairs of citizens because it was estimated after the distance to the next area of them and finished documenting some documents after the hours of receipt of transactions Otaiba good selection of these are the quality of the discerning staff

you need to know what is really required for document before go it will take 2 week so be aware of that but they can send to you home in Dubai so . I am happy with the service and the are very helpful

The lack of support for assisting American Citizens getting the money owed to them due to a Presidential Pardon is appalling.

I recently contacted the UAE Embassy in regards to a local court fraud case in the UAE where a local was pardoned from jail with a Presidential Pardon and a pardon with a promise to pay and settle the debts of the locals which were pardoned. I requested assistance from Embassy for payment as promised by President for payment but have not been assisted or paid as promised by Presidet or Dewan's Office in Abu Dhabi which handles payments of citizen's Debts. These debts of the locals which were promised to be paid by the President of the UAE have not been paid as promised. We can not provide links to recent newspapers articles here due to Google Review Guidelines. Please do a Google search for UAE Pardons during the month of May and June and maybe type in under key words " UAE Pardon 879". I have waited for around 10 years to be paid and every time I call the Dewan's Office in Abu Dhabi they say that they have not received money from the President to pay the debts of the local prisoners that were released. I have contacted the Embassy in Washington numerous times to resolve this issue and until now they have not paid as promised. More on this can be seen by doing a search for Dubai check Fraud. I had to give them a 1 star rating because I was awarded a court case win in Dubai Courts,took them for ever to find and arrest this man. Every time he was arrested he was pardoned by the President with a promise to pay of which was never honored. In Islam this is very unislamic to do. The only way one is forgiven is if the victim is compensated and if the victim forgives the other party. To let a criminal go free without paying off the victim is not something God (Allah) will accept on Judgement Day. The UAE Embassy in Washington and Los Angeles have chosen to turn a blind eye to this but I have chose to write a review about this so people see and know the other side of the UAE here in America. For those that are unaware of how things work in the UAE I will briefly highlight them. Every year there are probably 3-4 Presidential Pardons that are issued by the President to pardon locals from prison for various crimes and because one that is found guilty of financial fraud the person freed or freeing them must pay off the debts of the person being freed according to Islamic beliefs (morally this should be done as well) so while an announcement of a pardon being announced with an announcement being made to pay and settle their debts may sound great to those reading this news, the reality of the victims not being paid is not something that ever makes news and hits the media because local news media never questions payments of announcements by the President or government. While there is a media gag and censorship on stuff like this those that believe in God know that you may be able to hide stuff from the media on reporting but those who pray 5 times a day and fast during Ramadan surely know that God (Allah) does see this and will hold them accountable on Judgement Day. Once this case is resolved and I have been paid I will update my review to more stars but until then 1 star is being generous because an Embassy in the US they should help US Citizens get their money back for what their courts awarded and what their President promised to pay. The UAE Embassy is the representative office for the UAE in America.

Embassy does not help US citizens with debt payment from local citizens which were pardoned by President. Their Abu Dhabi Dewan's office which is responsible for debt payment says they have not received money yet. Been 12 years with same excuse and now they changed their phone number. No website available also for Abu Dhabi Dewan's Office. Embassy officials unhelpful
