I'm giving this place a star only because the staff was welcoming. Our room was very mediocre at best. The light switch was outside our door. The bed was very uncomfortable, we could feel every spring. The walls are paper thin. We could hear everything down to our neighbours brushing their teeth. Good for them for having a sink though. Basically, our room looked and felt like staying in an old hospital. It would of been a little easier to accept if they charged adequately. The room is worth 40$ a night TOPS. Even if you are in banff. 164$ for a night is extorsion.
