My grandfather was here for two months. He left this past weekend via EMS. If he survives he is going to lose his leg due to pressure ulcers. We were assured just 10 days prior that his wounds were getting smaller and were much better. The staff is abusive and actually made threats when we were taking him out. I have reported the facility to the state. It is now up to them.
