My daughter was married at Iriswoods this past Saturday and I dont even know where to start to tell you how amazing Babs, the owner, is. We booked the venue last October and from the day we booked Babs made sure our big day went perfect. We wanted an outdoor wedding from the beginning, but Iriswoods offers a wonderful rain back up plan so I never worried what the weather would be, I knew either way we were covered and which ever way the weather went it was still going to be a perfect day. Probably 6 months out from the wedding we begin to meet with Babs about the kind of wedding we were wanting, we really werent sure but had somewhat of an idea and Babs made it happen. Her expertise and her ideas and opinions made what we thought would be stressful a fun day of planning and picking out the things we wanted to use. As the time got closer Babs continued to communicate with us by email with timelines for the wedding day, answering my many many questions, I would email her and within a few hours she always responded. i was so nervous a few days before and she let me come by and talk to her and she basically calmed my fears and was so comforting to just talk to as this was my first wedding to plan. You will not find another venue that will work with and for you to make your special day so perfect.
