We registered with Transglobal Express so that we could send three parcels to South Africa. The staff at TG express have been very helpful and accomodating in all respects from the moment we placed the dispatch order. We first had delays with regard to the collection of the parcels but it was sorted out and they were very friendly, polite and helpful in getting us over this initial hurdle. They also helped us with a customs documentation query. It really was appreciated when we learned that the parcels reached their destination within one week. That is quite record for us! We would recommend TG Express very highly to anyone who appreciates good old fashion customer service.
