My husband went to the ER with signs of a bad infection. From the moment we entered the building until we left, we were treated with respect and care. We were quickly seen. His symptoms were taken seriously. Blood work, IV's and other parts of his care were seamlessly woven together. The doctor was knowledgable, professional, personable. He was experience with infectious diseases from other countries. Every detail was attended to. Can any trip to an ER be pleasant? This one may have been.
