The amount of issues I have had with this apartmen...

The amount of issues I have had with this apartment complex is unforgivable. There are two employees that seem to genuinely enjoy their job (Courtney and Elizabeth), and are capable of answering any questions or resolving any issues you may have. The others simply don t care. My move in date was June 1st of 2018 because I signed when they had a free summer move in promotion, and when I arrived, I was informed that my unit was not available (thanks to Tyler), so I was moved to a unit that I did not sign for - not a big deal. The unit, however, required a new couch and carpet and the cabinet was falling off the wall. Managements response? That it would not be fixed because my roommate signed an as is agreement (I did not and this was a random roommate assignment). I had to get my mom to travel to Oxford in order to get the issues fixed. I placed a total of five maintenance request throughout my lease and multiple of them were deleted rather than handled. The property is always dirty, and I, myself, had to clean broken glass bottles from the stairwell because maintenance refused. Finally, I was charged for damages and trash, and I had to get corporate involved because the management staff refused to discuss the charges with me. They provided me images that were of the other room, which could be proven based on the layout of the floor plan, and management attempted to argue with me, stating that was not the case and that my evidence was not sufficient enough, so I offered to provide images of my room and the new manager stated that it wasn t necessary, and that I was still responsible for additional charges that they decided to add that was not initially on my final account statement. In the end, the initial charges were dropped because management did not have proof that the kitchen was dirty, as well as my evidence of the apartment layout. This apartment complex is the worst in Oxford.

Important Notice: I gave the staff permission to allow my friend into my unit since I was several hours away from Oxford and the office was an hour from closing, and one of the staff members (Lafayette Place can contact me for the staff member s name) gave my friend the master key to the entire apartment complex because the staff member was too lazy to unlock the unit for him.
