The staff are extremely disrespectful and are very unprofessional and do not know how to treat customers.The staff do not know how to treat children.Kids are young and make mistake but instead of giving them a warning they call the police.On top of that they scream at customers and say rude comments.The ymca is good in general but the only problem is the staff and the security who doesn t know how to treat children.They should be trained on how to talk/treat people.If they can t handle there problems calmly than they shouldn t be there at all because like I said (unprofessional).
