I had an average experience with Kemppi-Yhtiöt Oy. The website kemppi.com is easy to navigate and find information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were slow in responding to my inquiries and didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, the products are good quality but the service could be improved.
