If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a last minute trip to big bear with five stars tours in march, I called to see if I could change the date and was unable to. I never mentioned cancelling, the after hours customer service never mentioned cancelling. I show up in the morning to catch my bus and it never shows up. So it's now almost July and I'm still trying to get my money back for services that were never rendered. Also, every time I call them, they hang up on me or tell me a manager will be in touch later. I cant reach them via email either. Basically they took my money, didn't pick me up and are telling me to pound sand.
Worst. Company. Ever.
