Wife made an appointment to test drive a Prius V or a Prius Prime. They agreed and made a follow up call to make sure we were coming. When we arrived, they escorted her to a salesperson's desk who was with another customer. Her escort commandeered the salesperson's computer to look at Prius models. Apparently this is normal behaviour because the salesperson continued his conversation with his customer. When we asked why she was showing us models on the computer rather than an actual model, she said it was because they didn't have any. They neglected to tell us this during either phone call and seemed to believe that we would be thrilled to look at cars online standing over someone's desk.
