Extremely disappointed with Portea, had called them for IV infusion.
- nurse comes without an uniform and without an ID card and justices that they are freelancers and we don t need it. How do I know you are a nurse then ? I don t even have an email sent by Portea, just an sms.
- it s the season of covid19, nurse wears no mask and just a towel to cover the mouth. Professional? For a nurse ?
- they don t carry a stand to hang the iv and when asked how will you do it without a stand she says they will tie it on a window. Remember it s sunny outside and you want to tie a glass iv bottle to a window ? Aren t medications especially injections suppose to be kept at a specific temperature? does she carry the threat or rope for it ? Absolutely no, assumes I am suppose to have it.
- now after all this we call Portea unprofessional and the nurse sits harping on the fact that we called them that.
