We were referred by a friend. We were given some information via e-mail i.e. a video relating to the process/product(s) we were interested in. The video was very helpful. At the appointment we were treated very respectfully. The process was not rushed and they took the time to ask questions and got to know us and what our thoughts were. They guided us through the entire process. Upon the signing of the documents, again, they took the time to thoroughly go through everything and answer any questions we had. Any changes were made on the spot. This is not a pleasant or easy process to go through but they made us feel at ease and really understood what we were going through. When we left the signing we felt everything was in place, the way we wanted it. They are great people to work with.
