These guys put derogatory info on my credit report without any supporting documentation in violation of the fdcpa. Calling won't help as they only employ people with no education who will tell you anything (in broken english) to try to extract payment. (on the bright side it's amusing having a high school drop out try to explain complex legal matters )
I agree with the earlier poster.. just take them to court. They lose more than they win in court. Especially when they have zero supporting documents .
