I'm sorry, but my experience with this company has been bad. The first time was a contact made about a year ago when I happened to read reviews on google about this company for SEO services. I decide to call them, but apparently they are always very busy and invite me to make my request through a form on their website. I answer the different questions in their form and look forward to an answer. Nothing to do for a week! I call them and they tell me that my request has been received and they will let me know something ...! 2 months pass and still nothing! call but this time they tell me they are very busy and assure me that someone would call me back. At that point after another week I decide to drop everything and contact another company and within 7 days I conclude a contract for a year worth around 25,000.00 euros. Now after a year, I concluded my contract with another SEO agency and I make my request again, filling out the form again ... but apparently this time I'm not lucky either because nobody answers me. I call the number entered on the site but I have no reply, I can't talk to anyone. Conclusions: they will also be the best SEOs in Italy, but apparently they do not have the same skill with customer service. Bad customer and contact management. A former potential customer.
