This is probably the worst experience I ve had at a BMW dealership. First, the lady that helped me disappeared for 2 hours. I couldn t get a hold of her to give me an update on my car. I tried calling for an hour so that I could try to get a ride on the shuttle back. I waited another hour for my car only to hear that I should have been given an estimated time of a 3 hour wait anyway. The only person that was helpful was Brad and he wasn t even my service advisor!
