My husband called Gold Metal after we discovered we had an outlet that was partially melted. We had been getting a smell of plastic burning when we used our microwave. Evan came and replaced & rewired the outlet, which was badly melted internally. Since the repair, we've used the microwave again with no more burning smell. Evan seems to have accurately diagnosed and treated our electrical problem. His service was also efficient and his manner was personable.
