I've been at an apartment where Dwelo service is included and mandatory. I'm assuming they have a local sweetheart deal with property management, because the service and app have been consistently unreliable for the 3 months I've been here. The door lock feature seems to work two or three times before having to hard reset the hub, or reinstall my app. It's super frustrating knowing how great it can be when it works, but not being able to depend on it. I first discovered this inconsistency when I left my apartment for 5 minutes and came back only to be locked out after the hub took itself offline...Which I later discovered is all the time. This next part is so absurd, I had to laugh about it, otherwise I might have cried - I called customer service several times and nobody picked up with my only option being to leave a message. I then shot over a quick email. A customer service rep responded via email...a week later describing how to reset the Dwelo Hub! Luckily my gf was able to duck out of work for a few and bring her key. The app is awesome when it works...It just never works. Is anybody actually working to improve the app or customer service?
