I've purchased an investment property while living abroad. Thanks to AJ smith and his team from Brewer and Stratton PM, there's nothing I need to worry about. My single point of contact is AJ smith. He repaired my property and rented it out for the price I asked, in less than a month. I receive a detailed online financial statement every month that includes all the details I need.
