Absolutely horrid service!

Absolutely horrid service!
A vehicle I wanted was sold to someone else 24 hours after the final quote had been sent to me. Their excuse? The other party paid a deposit. That option was NOT availed to me. And this was after repeated errors during the entire process. These mistakes stretched this horrible saga for 21 days.
The salesperson and manager then apologised, undertook to source a replacement vehicle from head office, and 'to give me a better deal'. A week later, still no replacement vehicle.
Funny thing, despite my hectic schedule working as part of the frontline staff dealing with Covid-19, I was able to find the exact same vehicle from the Centurion branch of Williams Hunt after a few minutes online. Stranger still, 5 days was all it took for me to complete the purchasing process with Williams Hunt Centurion, including paying a deposit, arranging finance, sending through FICA documents, arranging insurance, and ironing minor administrative issues. 5 days! Contrast that with the error riddled 21 days with Williams Hunt Fourways.
