I have visited the Lobby Lounge twice, and will continue to do so, whenever I can.
. They adhere to Covid protocols, which made me feel less at risk.
. Ntbizanele was attentive and efficient.
. The hotel reception was in line with their grading. Excellently received.
. It was a most enjoyable time.
