i buy first time totally bad ... valentine gift
item was received on 8 2 15 then i seen on addition packaging for gift just only normal not its to poor then open the package the item are not properly package they are damage ....

till now i my product not given to me 14 is over , 15 is over , then 16 not

not gift package not proper packaging

item are received totally damage no proper packaging of the item is formality..
poor service

then i call to customer service for claim for this item for refund my money they can say sir its not refund policy only replacement policy

i suggest to frds pls buy carefully to only site...
