The General Manager "Sheila" Is Magnificent!!!!!!

I am excited to write a review. Mainly because I depend on them myself for all my trips. Well here I go:

Bad:
The oven did not work during our entire stay. We arrived at Noon due to an early check-in I paid for which was great. However, I received a call at 3:00 stating "not to use the oven because its putting off an excessive amount of carbon monoxide" which was alarming!!! Especially since we had already used the oven to make calamari at 1:00 pm. If I had known prior to our arrival, we could have prevented a possible death. I really could/should make a HUGE deal over that poor judgement in Management to call us so late but I was more thankful that no one passed out.
Secondly, the fire alarm went off three time while we where there. Once while we were outside in the jacuzzi (Weird), second time my friend was in the shower (weird), third time was in the middle of the night (scary weird). Mind you there was NO FIRE!!!!!
(Update-We were credited $200 back by the Customer Service Manager due to our troubles. Perhaps they were trying to avoid a lawsuit...Your guess is a good as mine).

Good:
The check-in process was easy. The home was very clean. The water pressure was fabulous. The televisions all had Netflix, cable, and movie channels. The beds are beyond comfortable. The jacuzzi was new. The outside deck with the fireplace had a television too, which was a surprise. Property Management brought us a toaster oven to cook our food, however, with 6 girls it was a challenge, but the thought was appreciated. I loved the mini fridge on each floor of the home because we could separate our beverages. The home is overall gorgeous!!!! I would book again, once I figured out if the oven works and the home is safe from Carbon Monoxide.
