We drove five hours to Chattanooga to get the exact car we wanted. The store had a very large lot and selection. After parking, I was promptly greeted and guided to the show room. Customer service was excellent! Typically when buying a new car, I expect to spend several hours at the dealership (close to 6 hours for my last car). Although it was extremely busy, our sales rep was friendly and attentive by continuously checking up on us and always taking care of us when we needed him. We arrived at noon, test drove the car, then decided to purchase the car at the price we negotiated via email. After all the paperwork, we were out by 2:00 with a brand new green civic lx coupe!
