One of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Friendly staff, quick and polite room service, and clean bright rooms. Also, reasonable price food on the room service menu and kitchen serves different meals 24 hours. Try the BBQ Bacon Burger, it's delicious! Hotel is a lil close to the highway but the sound of AC drowns out the noise at night. I also wish the balcony was accessible. Overall a fantastic stay in downtown Orlando! Thank Crown Plaza.
