Interview process is extremely awkward, everyone I was paired with and had to shadow during the hiring process was miserable and seem to only be there out of desperation. Also they require you to perform tasks that packaging associates themselves don t even do. Quizzing an interviewee on the background of an barely known billion dollar company is quite silly for 10.50 an hour. They seem to be interested in people that have zero self motivation and no other aspirations but to mindlessly perform tasks for 10.50 an hour. There compensation is not even competitive enough in comparison to other warehouse opportunities that offer $14 & up.
